Not long ago, the Dalings, several well-known art figures, gallery owners and art lovers, got together for an exclusive dinner to celebrate the doctor's visit. Greetings Sandy Vijay, Co-Founder and Director of Art Moments Jakarta. in the exclusive Manila House.
Art Moments Jakarta is an art exhibition that supports the development of the fine arts ecosystem, including galleries, artists, collectors and art communities in the Southeast Asian art scene. It contains over 1200 artworks from 52 art galleries from around the world.
To celebrate his recent achievement, a delightful dinner was held hosted by Dr. Vijaya introduced. My good workaholic friend Derek Flores from DF Art Agency helped me arrange a private dinner.
I love seeing the king of auctions in person, the handsome and charming Jaime Ponce De Leon. Melot Sunga, DB&B's elegant regional manager, sits at the same table with other wine connoisseurs, entrepreneur Kristoff Vidal, lawyer Mark Gorriceta with wife Carrie Dizon-Gorriceta and art lover Mike Cruz.
Immediately after his stay in London, Olivare's Kids Manila House made sure everything was in order. Energetic and exuberant, Tim Yap talks to the beautiful director of Filipino art exhibition Tricky Lopa, art teacher and attorney Toniko Manahan, J studio owner Gia Santos-Estrella with handsome husband Gabby Estrella. World class photographer Alex Van Hagen took a great photo of the special gathering of Dalings.
Among the guests enjoying the dinner was a lawyer. Ching David from the Roberto Gallery; Chitty Comet from the Metro Gallery; Abby Teotico from the Stephanie Gallery; Aida Dela Peña from the Caida Gallery; and "Vinyl on Vinyl" by Pia Reyes and Gaby Dela Merced, who kindly hosted the short program.
Ultra Green Coffee owner Duncan Yu, young CEO and art lover Miguel Tan, international art collector Tim Tan, outstanding author and curator Lisa Guerrero Nakpil, former Disney Liberty Batol executive and my colleague Ilonggo Carlo Lopez, Palanga.
It was a night well spent darlings. Guests enjoy delicious food, impressive atmosphere and decor. I can't wait for the fifth edition of Art Moments Jakarta at the Grand Ballroom of the Sheraton Grand Jakarta Gandaria City Hotel in South Jakarta.
And I heard the next ones will include art including digital art, NFT and urban art.
