Mid-August means the Sandusky County Fair is next week, and the week after that is the start of another school year. Now is the time to remind young drivers about school bus safety, watch speed in school zones, and slow down on curves. Parents check to see who their child's teacher is this year, if class schedules are posted, what supplies they need to stock up, and when they're coming for school open house.
To make things easier, Woodmore recently revamped the school's website and added new features to create a more user-friendly format. The website is still in transition, so if you cannot find the information you are looking for, the school asks that you contact the building secretary.
Woodmore recently announced the launch of their new app for their devices. It provides the same information as the website, including the school calendar, lunch menu, staff contact details, council minutes, sports schedules, and most importantly, school alerts.
The Woodmore website is located at woodmoreschools.com and the Woodmore Local Schools app can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play.
