Chattanooga residents are invited to see the first toolbox from the Woodcraft store during a grand opening event scheduled for Friday and Saturday. There is a new, smaller Woodcraft Toolbox at 5824 Brainerd Road. Opening hours are Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 18:00.

"To celebrate providing quality woodcraft products and services to Southeast Tennessee, Woodcraft's Chattanooga Tool Box will hold a grand opening and representatives from woodcraft tool suppliers will be on site to discuss their products," said owner and operator Aaron Sapp. "We are excited to be a part of the retail community and committed to helping carpenters meet all their needs, from selecting tools and supplies to project consultation."

Woodcraft Supply, LLC, one of the nation's oldest and largest suppliers of woodworking tools, supplies and graphics, enables Woodcraft Toolbox to launch Woodcraft Outlets in small markets throughout the United States. Woodcraft currently offers more than 20,000 products in retail stores in more than 70 major U.S. locations, with more than two million catalogs distributed annually in all 50 states and 117 countries, and online at woodcraft.com.

"Woodcraft will open Toolbox of Woodcraft Stores to bring our best-selling woodcraft tools, accessories and woodworking supplies to our flagship stores," said Woodcraft President Jody Garrett. "Woodcraft wants to bring its high-quality product line to more areas of the country and to be closer to Woodcraft's loyal customers."

Mr. Jarrett emphasized that despite the smaller size, shoppers will still find a selection of small and large items such as popular wood products and power tools at Tool Box stores. According to him, products that are not in the store can be ordered from the store.

"By creating the Woodcraft Toolbox, we hope to share the Woodcraft retail experience with a wider range of customers and give existing customers the opportunity to shop close to home or in a retail store for the first time," Mr Garrett said. "Woodcraft understands that many customers enjoy seeing products in person and having a one-on-one conversation with staff willing to offer help and advice."

Visitors to Chattanooga Tool Box aren't the only facet of Woodcraft's retail experience. "Visitors will experience the customer-focused service that characterizes Woodcraft's large retail business," said Gary Lombard, vice president of retail development and franchises. Like its larger counterparts, Woodcraft's Tool Box regularly hosts free product demonstrations to provide additional customer guidance.
