In terms of monthly rent, Winchester Gardens charges a six-figure entry fee on top of the monthly fee. But for the high price, you get exclusive amenities like a gym, spa, art studio, salon and movie theater, as well as a carpentry shop and a full-service market for all your shopping needs.
