The festival announced the new act on the line-up on social media yesterday (October 17). Joining Interpol, Alvis, Bloc Party, Fleet Foxes and others are just some of the international and regional organizations previously announced.
d4vd, who was NME's first cover star earlier this year, now joins the roster alongside Singapore's Sobs and CURB, Thailand's YONLAPA, Indonesia's Reality Club and more.
Along with the full lineup, Joyland also shared the daily performance schedule, broken down from day one to three.

Joyland returns to Bali in March for a three-day event headlined by Phoenix, Sigrid and MIA. Other artists featured on the Bali edition of Joyland include Black Country, New Road, Black Midi, Chai, Crumbs, Summer Salt, Tools, Diffa. Barús, Yura Unita, Club Guernica, etc. NME's review of Joyland Bali 2023 can be found in the photo gallery here.
Joyland Bali 2022 is the first large-scale music event to be held in Indonesia since health restrictions were eased, raising the bar for year-round festivals in the country. In a five-star review, NME wrote: "Can Indonesian music festivals following Joyland reach the same heights? They need to put their best foot forward."
Before the pandemic, Joyland performed in Bali in 2019 after a successful tour in Jakarta with artists such as Washed Out, Yves Tumor, Frankie Cosmos, Ardhito Promono, NAIF, Hindia and many more. Joyland called Jakarta home until taking a break after the 2013 festival.
