Professor Raymond Fernando , Ph.D. , directs the Kenneth N. Edwards Center for Western Apparel Technology at California Polytechnic State University and has held the Arthur Edwards Chair in Apparel Technology and Environmental Sciences since 2002. With 40 years of industry experience, Dr. Fernando has conducted apparel research and testing, trained industry professionals and consulted with companies around the world. He has a Ph.D. Bachelor of Science in Polymers and Coatings from North Dakota State University. in chemistry in Sri Lanka .
Raja Krishnamurthy , Ph.D., MBA, has extensive leadership and technical experience in materials technology, adhesive technologies, industrial and decorative coatings, and related applications. His career in product development and R&D spans nearly three decades as a technical advisor, consultant and mentor to leading companies in India and globally. Dr. Krishnamurthy has a Ph.D. He holds a B.Tech from the University of Akron , an MBA from Queen's University in the USA and a B.Tech from NIT, Trichy.
